Lost and/or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of calipodsonline.com, and issues that arise from non-delivered packages must be resolved by the customer with the carrier in use. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order; calipodsonline.com is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user during checkout.
If your item was missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders have a processing time between 1-5 business days depending on availability of items within the order. Although, most orders process within 24-72 hours. Transit days are counted in business days (Monday - Friday). We do not process orders on the weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
